He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip William and Jane Bernstein (Bright); his wife Carol Ann Bernstein (Labs); and his sister Betty Lou Bauman. He is survived by: his daughter Sherri Bernstein of Pottstown; his close friend Sandie Haring of Doylestown; his siblings, William Bernstein (Evie) of Quakertown and Joann Bernstein of San Bernadino, CA; and his friend Betty Haring.
