He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth J. Munkelt and Gladys McBreen Munkelt; his grandson Aaron; and his brother Richard Munkelt. He is survived by: his wife Polly Munkelt; his daughters, Pamela Cox (Joseph Cox) and Peggy Munkelt; his grandchildren, Jessica (Mike) and Kyle; his great grandchild Beckham; his nephews, Greg (Doreen) and Kenney (Erin); his niece Tara (John); his great-niece Tori; his great-nephews, Tyler, Blake and Brennen; and his sister-in-law Rita Munkelt. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
