It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis E. Carter Sr. of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wanda; his children, Lorene Lihotz (Carl), Linda Carter, Frank Jr. (Donna) and Chuck (Kim); and his sister Marilyn Carr. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
