She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Arbeter; her parents, Frank Reynolds and Mildred Dando; her sister Patricia Reynolds; and her grandson Mark David Arbeter Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Lippincott and Mark Arbeter (Laurie); her grandchildren, Ashley Atkins (Chris), Amanda Lippincott, Jared and Kylee Arbeter; and her great grandchildren, Anna Grace Arbeter and Nora Atkins.
In lieu of flowers, Frances would appreciate a donation to Meals on Wheels of Bucks County or a blood donation to the American Red Cross.
