She was predeceased by: her sister Patricia McDermott; and her aunt Marie Bogan. She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Karen Niewood, Heather Veludo (Nuno), William (Ann) and Justin; her grandchildren, Martin Niewood, Gwendolyn Sheldron (Leigh), Elizabeth Niewood and James Niewood; her siblings, Joan Reiley, Thomas Reiley (Joanne), James Reiley (Margie) and Mary Niewood (Robert); and her brother-in-law Stephen (Joanne).
