She was predeceased by: her spouse A. Lindley Kuller; and her parents, Rowland Worthington and Margaret E. Culver Worthington. She is survived by: her children, Emily Fly, Mary DeVitis and Charles Kuller (BonnieJean); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Joshua, Jessica, Katelyn, Zachary (Jamie), Alyssa (Michael), Gil, Brookelyn, Sebastian, Raelin and Charleigh; her great grandchild Zachary; and her siblings, Kenneth Worthington (Patricia) and Margaret Friling (Wayne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
