She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cox and Elizabeth Cox; her husband Jack; and her siblings, Michael Cox (Rosemary), Margaret Peters (Edward) and William "Bill" Cox, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Marybeth Thompson (Bob), John Adelhelm (Aileen O'Driscoll) and Mark Adelhelm; her grandchildren, Michael Thompson (Lexi), John Thompson, Sean Adelhelm, Robert Adelhelm, Elizabeth Adelhelm and Claire Adelhelm; and her sister Catherine Schilling (Leonard).

Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (235 E State St, Doylestown, PA 18901). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (235 E State St, Doylestown, PA 18901).
