He is survived by: his wife Cecilia (Cissy); his children, Theresa Twining Cramer (Peter Cramer) of Houston, TX and Edward A. Twining, III (Janet Ramsey Twining) of Wichita Falls, TX; and his brother John Twining (Lynn Mudd Twining) of Southlake, TX.
