He was predeceased by: his son Peter Frelick; his daughter-in-law Lynette Loke Frelick; and his parents, Rev. H. Victor and Ruth Scott Frelick. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Cosgrave Frelick; his children, Timothy Frelick, Christopher Frelick (Terri Maxwell) and Emily Frelick; his grandchildren, Cara Frelick Rivera and Tess Frelick; and his great grandchildren, Harper and Gabriel Rivera. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Douglas's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
