She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Tessmer (Hickman) and James Clark, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Caulfield; her children, Debra Spier (Frank), Kurt Kauffman (Margaret), Kimberly Leatherman (Guy) and Bill Kauffman; her stepchildren, Britney Danneker (Shawn), Donald Kauffman, Jr. (Dawn), John Kauffman, Barbara Wenino (John) and Chris Kauffman (Sharon); her stepfather Tom Tessmer; her brother James Clark, Jr.; and her former husband John Creciun. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and eleven step-grandchildren.
