Denis M. Lyszkowski Obituary
Denis M Lyszkowski, of Plumstead Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at his residence. He was 72.
He was the loving husband of Vicki Lyszkowski. The couple would have celebrated their 49th anniversary on January 3rd.
Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Edward and Eleanor Lyszkowski.
Denis proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, earning a sharp shooter badge.
He could best be described as someone who was always willing to help anyone in need. He could effortlessly hold a conversation with anyone, regardless of who they were.
He loved classic muscle cars, especially Chevy Chevelles. He also enjoyed watching the Eagles and Phillies. He was a devout Catholic and loved music from the 60's and 70's. He enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and spending time with his wife.
In addition to his wife Vicki, Denis will be deeply missed by his sons, Michael Lyszkowski (Lauren), Brian Lyszkowski; a grandson, Chase; and a sister, Susan Tanzler. Denis will also be missed by his nephew and nieces. He will also be missed by many of his cousins, many of which he cherished close childhood relationships.
In addition to his parents, Denis was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Lyszkowski; and sister, Ellen Lyszkowski.
Denis Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 5194 Cold Spring Creamery Road, Doylestown, PA 18902. His family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM. Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.
