He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his brother Wayne Koch (June); his nieces and nephews, Dave Koch (Melissa), Karyn Koch (Jason Brown) and Michelle Koch (Gene Provencio); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Andrew, Amelia, Madison and Jessa.
