He was predeceased by: his father Dale Ives, Sr.; and his sisters, Janet Bruch and Janice Appel. He is survived by: his wife Kellie Gallagher-Ives; his mother Alvina Ives; his nieces, Laura Bishop, Tanya Sprague, Nicole Murphy and Marie Appel; and his nephew Max Appel.
