He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. McNeill and Anne McNeill (Pieper); and his sister Kathy. He is survived by: his significant other Diane McNeill (Kochersperger); his son Christopher (Alisa); and his siblings, Anne, Jeannette and Paul. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and "brothers".
Services will be private, however, please feel free to make a donation in Chuck's name to the American Legion Post #308, 2305 Computer Avenue, Willow Grove, PA 19090.
