She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Forbes Jr.; her siblings, Ronald Vagnozzi and Donna Jean Vagnozzi (Donald Forbes); her granddaughter Roxie Forbes; and her daughter-in-law Elena Matyas.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Forbes and Karen Forbes; her son-in-law Larry Gage; and her grandson Nathaniel Gage (Nicole Bessey).
