He is survived by: his mother Jean Weisel Rutherford; his siblings, Susan Rutherford (John Luna) of Oregon, Kristin Daniels (Brian) of Virginia and Lee (Maggie) of Doylestown; his nieces and nephews, Jessie Luna (Levi Kilcher) of Colorado, Alyssa Daniels of Virginia, Emilee Rutherford (Evan Cauterucci) of Philadelphia, Ashley Rutherford of Doylestown, Michael Luna (Emmy) of Colorado and Jason Daniels (Lyndsay) of Virginia; and his cousins, Diane Burkhart (Vern) of Florida and Mike Weisel (Pat) of Vermont.
