He is survived by: his sister Bernie; his friend Frank Sinatra; his children, Michael (Marianne), Kathy Ann (late Phillip), Jeffrey (Kathryn), Bernard Jr. (Patti Ann) and Amanda (Keith); his grandchildren, Benjamin Winans, Spencer Winans, Chelsea Gottfried (Will), Alexander Finch (Laurie), Maxwell Finch (Sara), Martin Finch, Nathaniel Finch, Alyssa Finch, Chandler Finch, Macy Finch, Emily Mandia, Madelyn Mandia and Abigayle Mandia; his great grandchildren, Liam Winans, Brianna Cozer, Wyatt Finch, Theo Finch, Teddy Gottfried and Evangeline Finch; his wife Judith Scharlach Weir; and his sister Georgia Arnold (Tripp).
