He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Warren and Josephine Shelly. He is survived by: his sisters, Joanne Shelly and Eileen Shelly; his nieces, Joleen and Tiara; and his nephew Royal.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Allan may be made to the Bucks County Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, 400 Freedom Dr, Newtown PA 18940 or the Bible League, 1 Bible League Plaza, Crete IL 60417.
