He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Stephenson and Mary Ferguson Curtiss. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Phillips Curtiss; his children, Molly Curtiss Berry (Chip) and Ward Stephenson Curtiss, III; his grandchildren, Claire, Caroline, Curt and Ward, IV; and his sister Sue Curtiss Linvill (Jack). He is also survived by three nephews.
