He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia MacNeill (Gallagher); and his siblings, Tracy MacNeill and Terry MacNeill. He is survived by: his father Robert MacNeill; his wife Lisa Eileen MacNeill (Scamman); his children, Kate Stafford (Jared) of White Hall, MD, Devin MacNeill (Andrea) of Coatesville and Allie Doyle (Jeff) of Phoenixville; his grandchildren, Avery, Everett, Wyatt and Doyle; and his siblings, Kelly MacNeill, Wendy MacNeill, Matthew MacNeill, Michael MacNeill and Robert MacNeill, Jr..

Memorial Contributions in Steven's name may be made to The Boys and Girls Club of Waltham, MA.
