She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Erb and Anna Smith; her husband Barry W. Einsig; and her son Dino Ray Einsig. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Dunklebarger (Jeff) and Desiree Serafino (Joe); her daughter-in-law Lisa Einsig; her grandchildren, Dino Ray Einsig Jr. (Valerie), Danny Einsig (Sarah), Jordan Smith, Tyler Einsig (Kaylene), Ren Calhoun, Jed Calhoun, Christopher McGlond (Alexandra), Samantha Serafino (David), Joey Serafino (Liam) and Gabby Serafino; and her sister Kathy Morris. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Stella's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
