He is survived by: his parents, John Green and Jill Green; his fiancée Rena Davis; his fiancée's child Audrianna Lewis; his aunts, Grace Woolfrey and Joann Panik; his uncle Mike; his cousins, Mike Panik (Jeannie), Tracy Hope (Greg) and Kristy Barulich (Dan); and his godsons, Seth Smith and Brandon Green.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Shawn Green's name to The Coatesville Area Senior High School.
