She was predeceased by: her husband Foster Phillips; her parents, Thomas Joseph and Rose Ann MacDougal (Litton); and her siblings, Harriet Dawson, Thomas, John, Charles, Raymond, James and Robert MacDougal.
She is survived by: her children, Kennard F. Phillips (Karen) of Ocean View, DE, Karen Phillips Mea (Jack) of Downingtown and Ronald D. Phillips of Downingtown; and her grandchildren, Kyle, Logan, Drew Mea and Erika Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
