It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Formica of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 28, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Tony J. Formica; her parents, Salvatore Giacobello and Caterina Giacobello; and her son Rosario Formica. She is survived by: her children, Agatha R. McHale (Mike), Anthony S. Formica (Debra) and Rose M. Jamison (Doug); and her grandchildren, Russ Formica, Aaron Formica, Michael McHale, James McHale, Katie McHale, Anthony Formica, II, Joseph Formica, Christina Formica, Dominic Formica, Nicole O'Neill, Cecelia Jamison and Anthony Jamison. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
