We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2022, at the age of 85, Richard T. Straub (Downingtown, Pennsylvania), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vincent and Ermine Seep Straub; his siblings, John William Straub, Katheryne S. Loughran, Martha S. Siefer and Nancy S. MacInnis; and his brothers-in-law, John L. Loughran, Walter L. Siefer, William T. Walsh and James E. Friday.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rossiter "Betsy" Straub; his children, Anne S. Vitale (John V.), William V. Straub (Julie P.) and Thomas A. "Jake" Straub (Amy P.); his grandchildren, Alexa Vitale Kroft (Tyler), Bo Vitale, Kate Vitale, Maggie Straub, Ryan Straub, Michael Straub, Bailey Straub, Lainey Straub and Molly Straub; his great grandchild Grace Kroft; his sisters, Barbara S. Walsh and Jane S. Friday; and his brothers-in-law, Derrick E. MacInnis and William J. Rossiter (Donne S.). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Richard T. Straub to St. Peter Catholic Church or The Lord's Pantry.
