He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Haley-Cox; his pets, Chippie and Brodie; his children, Cara Newton, Richard Cox (Tara), Ryan Cox (Anna), Christian Cox, Thomas Haley and Jessica Haley; and his grandchildren, Sydd (Ethan Cox), Elijah (Finley Cox), Matthew Kathrins, Madison (Riley Rosado) and Connor Haley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
