He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Williams, Sr. and Mary Williams; and his wife Kathryn Ann "Kitty" Williams. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Moore Williams of Doylestown; his grandchildren, Morey Williams of Philadelphia, Chase Williams and Carter Williams; his friends, Caroyln Quinn of Loveland and Beverly Hilton of Thorndale, Pennsylvania; and his brother-in-law Michael G. Moore of Endicott.
