He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Jr (Haller) and Alfred T. Shantz, Jr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Gene B. Shantz (Denise) of Royersford and Greg Shantz (Betsy) of Norristown; his nephew Gregory A. Shantz (Erica); his niece Amy Yantosh (Paul); and his great-nephews, Declan and Aiden Yantosh.
