He is survived by: his wife Linda Lyver Fingalsen (Pauli); his pet Sam; his children, Jim Lyver (Livia) of Downingtown, Megan Henry (Joseph) of Lancaster and Sean Lyver of Downingtown; his grandchildren, Nicholas Turpin, Jacob Turpin, James Lyver, Ethan Lyver and Calder Henry; and his siblings, Todd Fingalsen (Susan) and Melissa Johnson (Mark).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the James J. Terry Funeral Home Inc. - Downingtown (736 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the James J. Terry Funeral Home (736 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335).
