He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James A. Sloan and Dorothy Wolf Sloan of Johnstown. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his brother Stephen W. Sloan of Hollidaysburg; his children, Christine (Kevin Monteleone), Diane (Michael Thase), Peter and John; and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Carly Thase and Austin Monteleone. He is also survived by three step grandchildren, five step great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews.
