She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" M. Waters; and her parents, Sarah Pauline and Thomas Avon McDowell. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Ross Waters (Lisa) and Laurie Waters Scigliano (Dave); and her grandchildren, Callie Scigliano, Samantha, Ryan and Brayden Waters.
There will be no formal service, but to honor Polly, donations can be made to the Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Voluntary Service 135, Coatesville, PA 19320.
