She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell J. Zonyk and Genevieve B. Zonyk (Jasicki); her spouse Thomas J. Wozniak; her daughter Krista Wozniak-Rust; her granddaughter Jordon Rust; her great grandchildren, Zane Garwood and Zach Gardner; and her siblings, Kathryn Kutch and Donald Zonyk.
She is survived by: her children, Tricia M. Wozniak of Wanatah, Mary K. Freeman (Doug) of Florence, Michelle J. Huber (Steve) of Valparaiso, IN, Thomas P. Wozniak (Teri) of Michigan City, Dennis M. Wozniak (Deanna) of Downingtown, PA, David J. Wozniak (Tricia) of La Porte and Brian E. Wozniak (Amy) of Wanatah, Indiana; her son-in-law Brooks Rust of Kouts, Indiana; and her brothers, Mitchell Zonyk of Michigan City and Robert Zonyk of The Villages, Florida.. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
