She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Matthew and Patricia Gutowicz; and her daughter Jennifer Sutton (Gampico). She is survived by: her daughter Amy Tholey (Matthew); her grandchildren, Brian and Brigette Schreiner; and her siblings, Dr. Matthew Gutowicz (Alice), Dr. Marcia Gutowicz and Lisa Hurrell (Michael). She is also survived by nieces, great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the scholarship foundation honoring Patti Ann's late daughter, Jennifer Sutton (Gampico), at Nazareth Academy Grade School, 4701 Grant Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114.

“I was sitting here thinking about Pat (Mrs. Gampico), and I googled her to see if she was on any social media platforms. Then I seen her obituary. I met Pat when I was 19, I dated Amy, and my brother dated Jen (RIP). Anyway Pat was just an amazing person we had talks while I dated her daughter til 10 years later at least. Then we lost touch. She would give me great advice, and helped me through personal struggles. When I seen she passed my heart hit my stomach. Amy, I'm so sorry. Harry John 💜”
