It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monica J. Scott (Downingtown, Pennsylvania), born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert H. Scott; her parents, Alexander Barans and Monica Wassell Barans; her grandson Matthew Scott; and her brother Alexander Barans.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen A. Scott of New York, NY, Robert A. Scott (Susan) of West Chester, PA and William A. Scott (Robyn) of Glenmoore, PA; her grandchildren, Alexandra Scott, Marissa Scott and Lauren Scott; her sister Alice B. Tayvinsky (Richard); and her sister-in-law Rosemary Barans.
