He is survived by: his mother Pauline Burgess; his wife Gina Burgess (Marchetti); his brother George Burgess (Virginia) of Boelus, NE.; his children, Randi Buckley of Downingtown, Stephanie Carter of Pottstown, PA. and Keith Carter (Kristin) of Nashville, TN.; and his granddaughters, Kayla and Kamryn.

In lieu of ﬂowers, memorial contributions in Mike's name may be made to Nokota Horse Conservancy.
