It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary D'Agostini of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 19, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Dominic Leimeister, Mia and Gianna Leimeister; her brother John D'Agostini; and her parents, Kathryn D'Agostini and Dr. Norman D'Agostini.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made towards helping Mary's Children through this difficult time.
