It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Joseph Formica of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Gabriel Formica, Sr. and Gail McMichael Formica; and his brother Anthony G. Formica, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Bella Formica; and his siblings, Laurie A. Formica, Brian R. Formica, Christopher A. Formica, Sr. (Diane), Ellen K. Mollenhauer (Michael) and Brent E. Formica, Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
