She was predeceased by: her husband John Shafran; her parents, Allan Persing and Grace Persing (Jones); her son John Shafran; and her grandson Charles Lucas Fillman.
She is survived by: her daughter Jean Grace Fillman (Charles) of Elverson; her grandchildren, Joseph Fillman (Serina) and Addy McKerns (Michael) of Glenmoore; and her great grandchildren, Lola McKerns, Brody McKerns and Caden Fillman.
