She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George Arthur Schmidt; her parents, Dr. James T. and Alice Geddis (Doherty); her daughters, Mary Amy (Brandon Wallace) of Malvern, PA, Cara Anne Schmidt (Alexander Fierro) of San Jose, CA, Kathryn Alice (Daniel Cole) of Downingtown, PA and Susan Marie (Brian Warner) of Spring City, PA; her grandchildren, Francie, Jack, Seamus, Chip, Norah, Molly, Peter, Ali, Penny and Junie; and her siblings, Anne (Steven Harman), Rita (Peter Overzat) and James Geddis. She was also cherished by mother to her girls.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Margaret to Natural Lands as she believed in preserving open space and wildlife for her grandchildren, as well as future generations.
