He was predeceased by: his wife Concetta; his parents, Sara Wilent Bevilacqua and Louis M. Bevilacqua; and his brother William. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Louis James Bevilacqua, Jr. (Debbie) and Lori Dafilou (late Steven); his granddaughters, Sarah Canfield-Dafilou (Elliot) and Rachael (Jake); his great grandchild Ryleigh Huckestein; and his siblings, Margaret Rossi (Bill Eastright), Richard Bevilacqua (Vicki), Nancy DiCroce (Joseph), Wayne Bevilacqua (Loretta), Joseph Bevilacqua and Paul Bevilacqua. He is also survived by his brothers, his son and his granddaughters.

“I am so sorry to hear this. I was just reading my deed of my home, saw this name & googled it as I'd hoped to find some interesting history about my house in Upper Darby. I learned Lou Bev died just weeks ago! So sorry to hear...my Dad would have been the same age; he died 2 yrs ago so I understand a bit of your loss. It is a loss of history, life as we once knew it & a hole in our hearts. But your Dad stays with you in your heart. I believe my Dad is watching me. I hope you find comfort!”
