He is survived by: his wife Carol Bohn; his children, Scott L. Bohn, Gary A. Bohn, Chryiese T. Ammerman, Monique R. Bohn and Lance E. Bohn; and his stepchildren, David Black and Kristinen Martinenza. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and his one step-grandchild.
