We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2023, at the age of 87, Livia Anne Whiting of Downingtown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard F. Whiting; her children, Timothy V. Whiting, Christopher J. Whiting (Anne), Robert F. Whiting (Stacie), Jeffrey J. Whiting and Mary Elizabeth Whiting; her grandchildren, Amanda, Michael, Maria, Becca, Mitchell, Zakary Whiting, Nicole Thomas and Charles Thomas III (Chad); her great grandchildren, Ariana Wilson and Charles Thomas IV (Tuck); and her sister Norma Hartman.
