He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian L. Azorlosa II and Janet L Azorlosa (Merring). He is survived by: his wife Elaine A. Azorlosa (Dedman); his children, Jillian E. Azorlosa and Phillip C. Azorlosa (Jessica Buchser); his sister Janet A. Chambers (late Blake); his friend Howard Edelman; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth A. Skinner (Charlie), David W. Dedman (Linda), Nancy J. Lennon (late Ron) and Diane E. Brittingham (Kurt). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
