He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela "Angie" Spinelli. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Spinelli; his sons, Richard Paul, Jonathan Joseph and Patrick Charles Spinelli (Samantha); his siblings, Marie Ann Cole, Paul Spinelli (Judi) and Charles Spinelli (Kathy); his granddaughters, Zoey Jane Miller and Gianna Grace-Marie Spinelli; and his stepgrandchildren, Riley and Lucas.

In honor of Joe's passion for coaching, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, a contribution be made to any favorite little league softball team.
