He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald Burns, Mori Fischer and Terrence Burns; and his mother Anna Jean Burns. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Burns; his children, Erin Dampier (Brad), Trevor Burns (Stephanie) and Christian Burns (Desiree); his siblings, William Burns (Mimi), Laurie Burns and Patricia Burns; and his father Edmund Donald Burns. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
