He is survived by: his wife Darlene Simmons (Chandler); his sons, Kevin Simmons (Christine), Thomas Simmons (Tara) and Brian Simmons (Elysia); and his grandchildren, Thomas "TJ", Nora, Lexi, Cole, Cassidy and Lainey Simmons.
