He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Muench (Drabinowicz); and his parents, John J. Muench Jr. and Dorothy Muench (Lind). He is survived by: his children, John J. Muench of West Chester, Christopher Muench (Lori Kujawski-Muench) of Fort Worth, TX and Suzanne Muench (Melanie Manning) of Norristown; his brother Michael Muench of South Orange, NJ; and his grandson Jonathan Muench.
