He was predeceased by: his wife Carol L. McHugh; his parents, James "Gunner" McHugh and Irene McHugh (Sumowicz); and his sister Carol Lisiecki. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon L. Bae (Sooho) and Denise M. Dunbar (Charles); his grandchildren, Olivia Dunbar, Paige Dunbar, James Bae and Charlie Dunbar; and his siblings, James McHugh (Olimpia), Kevin McHugh (Lorie) and Peggy Marone.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the James J. Terry Funeral Home Inc. - Downingtown (736 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
