John Clair Elder Amspacher Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Clair Elder Amspacher of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 22, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Amspacher and Emily Amspacher (Harner); and his sister Sally Staub. He is survived by: his wife Karen Amspacher (Groh); his children, Olivia Sefchok (Justin) of Chester Springs, Lucas Amspacher (Shannon) of Kennett Square and Amelia Amspacher Smith of Downingtown; his granddaughter Adelyn Sefchok; his sister Emily Hubley (George) of Malvern; and his brother-in-law Donald Staub of Hanover.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John's memory to the Brandywine Battlefield, BBPA P.O. Box 202, Chadds Ford PA, 19317 or to the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center Fund at Pennsylvania Hospital.
