It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan A. McGeehan of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, L. Edward Atwell and Lena Atwell (Fell); her husband James H. McGeehan; her sons, James E. McGeehan and John H. McGeehan; and her brother-in-law Harry McGuirk.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia M. Hayes (Daniel) of Glen Mills, PA, Mary M. Sheehy (Vincent) of Arlington, VA and Edward A. McGeehan (Nancy) of Landisville; her grandchildren, Stephan, Matthew, Danni, Rory, Casey, Braden, Gabrielle, Michael, Shawn, Kathleen, Vincent, Kevin, Carney, Kelsey and Meagan; her sister Edith McGuirk; and her daughter-in-law Aime McGeehan. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
